Champion’s Breakfast
Here is a quick breakfast recipe that will support a champion all day.
Ingredients:
Mexican Oregano
Tomatoes
Lettuce or Cucumber (diced)
Cheese
Olive Oil
1 Avocado
Take as many tortillas as you think you need, four usually will do for most people.
Spread shredded cheese on them like in a mini pizza. Then sprinkle them with chipotle chilli powder and mexican oregano before putting them in the oven until the cheese starts melting.
Divide avocado in 4 and put it on the tortilla.
Dice a beef tomato (diced) or a few cherry tomatoes cut in half. mix on the tortillas and then put the lettuce or diced cucumber on the top.
Use some salt if you fancy it and drizzle with olive oil.
Ready to eat Champion's Breakfast no1.
