Chipotle Morita is the name of Jalapenos when smoked, dried with Pecan Wood. This chilli is brilliant with meat. It can be used as a marinade, a rub or for cooking. Chipotle Morita is used in starters, mains and deserts. This strong flavoured chilli fairs around 5.000 to 10.000 scoville units.

The bags full of chilli are really big and put retailing shops to shame. I havnt cooked them yet, but they smell amazing

Really fantastic Chipotle, good and fresh with a great smokey character and infinite possibility to enliven and excite your taste buds. One of my favourite chilies and Brighton Chilli Shop always have great stock and very, very good prices. Keep it up! :)
