These chilis are great and deliver a lovely hot smoky flavour to any dish but they are not for the faint hearted. If used whole in the cooking process then they add a less in your face heat. I like to grind them in a spice grinder and then add to curries etc. If you're not sure then check out your local Indian and see if the have a Naga dish on the menu. Then you'll get a feel for the heat and flavour of these delicious chilli's.
