Heavenly Heat

This beautiful sauce is made with fiery aji limo chillies from Northern Peru, but grown in Equador, this sauce is Brighton Chilli Shop's hottest sauce.

Brighton Chilli Shop's Heavenly Heat is great as a table sauce to pour over your favourite meals, and also works as a cooking sauce, dip or marinade. It contains NO artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is made in the UK.

Ingredients: Aji limo, vinegar, vegetable oil,water, salt, garlic, onion and citric acid.

Smoked Bonnet

Birghton Chilli Shop's Smoked Scotch Smoked Bonnet is a fantastically fiery condiment for all kinds of food. We smoke Scotch Bonnet Chillies and sweet red peppers over Maple wood to create a rich, smoky sauce with a level of heat that you would expect from a Scotch Bonnet sauce. Smoked Bonnet hot sauce is incredibly versatile; use with sausages, burgers, ribs, or have as a sauce on the side with an omelette. Try adding some to a soup to liven things up!

Heat level: hot. 150ml bottle.

Ingredients: smoked & roasted red peppers (35%), smoked scotch bonnet peppers (17%), tomatoes, onions, cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper, spices.

Chipotle

Chipotle chillies (pronounced chee-pot-lay) are smoked red Jalapeno chillies. They have a rich, smoky flavour, making this sweet, sticky sauce perfect for smothering over ribs or chicken or anything else cooked BBQ style.

Heat level: mild/medium. 150ml bottle.

Ingredients: red onions, tomatoes, cider vinegar, brown sugar, chipotle chillies (5%), molasses, black pepper, salt.
