    This Germanos roasted chilli garlic sauce is fab. Rice, pasta, passata - all those calm and gentle flavours really get kaboomphed by Germanos. It’s pretty hot so you have to be circumspect with it or you can make the digestive system issue complaints but it is really awesome and I don’t use that word lightly.

    This stuff is amazing. The flavour is deliciously intense: garlicky, salty and quite spicy with a wonderfully crunchy texture. Smear a little on cheese and crackers and it completely transforms the experience. If you like hot chilli and strong garlic flavour I urge you to get some, you won't regret it. I currently have four jars in my cupboard!

    It's ideal for adding to sauces, pasta arrabiata especially. Works well drizzles over dishes that need a little extra kick.
    Lovely texture too, a little crunchy when used as a sauce.
    Always have to have some at home!

    What a revelation. Since having a sample taster in Alton's shop, I have not been without a jar in the fridge. It is delicious. Hot, garlicky, smooth.

    The flavour of this chili sauce is divine, and there's a crunchy element to it which is both surprising and pleasant. However, I found that once opened, it no longer fully closes, due to these little granules getting caught in the lid/ rim of the jar. So not transportable, but lovely all the same :)

    I bought this whilst living in Brighton last year. I just bought 4 more online. Gorgeous. There's only a few ingredients (olive oil, chilli, garlic, seasoning, bit of sugar and salt), and you have to stir the mix each time before use, so it's a really nice, natural product. Great with steak!
